McMillian Lockwood undertook both the design and build for this suite of 24 homes, in partnership with Kāinga Ora. This larger-scale development constitutes three level walk-up apartments, with unit title dwellings for long-term tenants of Kāinga Ora.

Woods Involvement 

Woods was appointed by McMillian Lockwood in 2018 to provide surveying and engineering services in resource consent, building construction, and a final unit title survey.
