As a Special Housing Area the Woods team had to not only work to a more constrained development schedule but within an evolving and ever-changing regulatory environment. Through the process, the Woods team was commended for their work and approach by the council which translated into a smoother consenting outcome. The subdivision consent is the process with consent imminent. The design for the affordable homes for the development to commence soon.
