Woods are currently involved with the urban design, engineering and project management process for this upmarket subdivision close to the Whangarei Harbour.

When complete, the development will comprise 460 lots with a commercial centre designed to cater for a mix of permanent residents and people with holiday homes. Situated approximately 100 metres from Whangarei Harbour and adjoining Marsden Cove marina, Woods master plan for the development has been driven by engineering design which addresses specific site constraints. Given its location close to the marina, there has been a strong focus upon the provision of recreational facilities, such as tennis courts and includes the creation of pedestrian walkways and usable reserves for this entirely new community.

The commercial area has been designed as a local service centre for residents and includes a supermarket to be complemented by a further 10 retail outlets.

The development is scheduled for completion in 2011.
