Woods has been involved in the development of Gulf Harbour from the mid 1980's onwards. During this period we were part of the consulting team that provided survey, engineering and resource consent planning to the project. We were actively involved in establishing the site's main infrastructure and golf course as well as the establishment of the Marina Town Centre.

As the concept of multi level, multi ownership developments was new in the Rodney district, we were required to come up with innovative ownership structures to enable the Client's selling programme to be met.

Our involvement with the project continues today, working with a variety of developers who have purchased from the original owner as they look to further subdivide and develop the site.
