Dannemora is one of New Zealand’s largest residential developments and extends over 485 hectares of land in east Auckland.

For over 10 years, Woods were an integral partner in the construction and development of this subdivision, building 200 to 600 sections and associated infrastructure per year. The overall development comprised over $100 million worth of infrastructure, some 60 kilometres of constructed roading as well as the delivery of over 4,000 sections to market.

Our responsibilities spanned strategic planning, engineering and all of the surveying aspects of the project including resource consents and compliance issues.

Since the completion of Dannemora, Woods have continued our association with the area assisting the Manukau City Council in a number of areas including infrastructure planning, road and service upgrades, stormwater modelling and construction of stormwater treatment facilities. We have also engaged with a number of other reputable developers who are also using our services within the East Tamaki area, taking advantage of the wealth of knowledge Woods has built up around the Dannemora project.
