Woods have worked on behalf of Flatbush Estates Limited to acquire the necessary resource consents for the Brooklands development located in Flat Bush, East Tamaki. The resource consents have involved the procurement of a bulk earthworks consent over the entire site from Auckland Regional Council, followed by a series of subsequent subdivision consents from Manukau City Council.

The subdivision consents were broken down into various stages. Stage 1 involved creating 50 residential freehold sites, Stage 1B involved an integrated subdivision and land use consent for the construction of 44 terraced townhouses and Stages 2 and 3 involved creating a further 173 residential lots.

While Stages 1, 2 and 3 were focused on creating sites for the Client to on-sell to either speculative builders or individuals, Stage 1B involved liaison with the project architects who designed the townhouses in conjunction with a house building company.
