Woods, formerly known as Wood and Partners Consultants Limited, was founded by civil engineer and surveyor Don Wood in 1970. Since then we have experienced a steady growth as the construction industries and property sectors of New Zealand and the Pacific region have escalated.

From humble beginnings, Woods is now a leader in the infrastructure and land development industries offering a diverse range of capabilities, including civil engineering, planning and resource management, urban design, surveying and, more recently, 3D visualisation.

Today, Woods has over 70 expert professionals servicing the Pacific region from it's three New Zealand offices.

Thinking holistically while using innovation and technology to deliver commercially sustainable, future proofed solutions has become Woods' trademark.

The past years have seen Woods play significant roles on hundreds of projects, including some of the most notable infrastructure and development contracts in New Zealand's history. It is these projects that reveal the whole story of our heritage.
